Monday, July 17, 2028 — Reykjavik, Iceland (Embark, departs 7:00 PM)
The world's northernmost capital is small, colorful, and impossible not to like. Corrugated-iron houses in candy shades, the rocket-shaped Hallgrímskirkja church, a harbor full of fishing boats, and the Blue Lagoon's milky-blue geothermal water just outside town. Arrive a day or two early and you'll thank yourself.
Settle in with a Lavazza espresso at the International Café in the Piazza while the ship comes to life around you
Head to the top deck for the 7:00 PM sail-away past Mount Esja; in July the sun won't set until nearly midnight

Tuesday, July 18, 2028 — Grundarfjörður, Iceland (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Welcome to the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, the stretch of Iceland locals call "Iceland in miniature." Kirkjufell, the arrowhead-shaped mountain that has launched a million photos, sits right beside the harbor. Beyond it: lava fields, black-sand beaches, and a glacier-capped volcano that inspired Journey to the Center of the Earth.
Photograph Kirkjufell with Kirkjufellsfoss waterfall in the foreground, then walk the harborfront village
Tour the peninsula to Snæfellsjökull National Park and the black pebble beach at Djúpalónssandur

Wednesday, July 19, 2028 — Ísafjörður, Iceland (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Tucked into a fjord in the remote Westfjords, Ísafjörður is the Iceland most visitors never reach. Sheer mountains drop straight into the water on three sides, and the town itself is a tidy cluster of 18th-century timber houses. This is puffin and waterfall territory.
Visit Dynjandi, a tiered waterfall that fans out like a bridal veil across the mountainside
Take a boat to Vigur Island for puffins, eider ducks, and Iceland's smallest post office

Thursday, July 20, 2028 — Akureyri, Iceland (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Iceland's "Capital of the North" sits at the head of a long, glassy fjord and punches far above its size: a botanical garden that grows things it shouldn't be able to at this latitude, heart-shaped traffic lights, and easy access to the geothermal wonders of Lake Mývatn.
Drive to Goðafoss, the "Waterfall of the Gods," and on to Lake Mývatn's bubbling mud pots and lava formations
Go whale watching in Eyjafjörður, one of the most reliable humpback spots in Iceland

Friday, July 21, 2028 — At Sea
A full day between Iceland and the Faroes, which is exactly when Caribbean Princess earns her keep.
Book the Lotus Spa aromatherapy thermal suite and let the North Atlantic roll by from a heated lounger
Do Princess afternoon tea properly: finger sandwiches, scones, and a white-gloved pour while the North Atlantic slides past the windows

Saturday, July 22, 2028 — Runavík, Faroe Islands (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Eighteen islands, roughly 55,000 people, and more sheep than either. The Faroes are the North Atlantic's best-kept secret: grass-roofed houses, sea cliffs that fall a thousand feet into surf, and roads that tunnel straight through mountains. Runavík is your gateway to Eysturoy and the capital, Tórshavn.
Explore Tórshavn's old town, Tinganes, where red-timber government buildings still wear turf roofs
Drive to the tiny villages of Gjógv and Saksun for the postcard fjord-and-waterfall views

Sunday, July 23, 2028 — Lerwick, Shetland Islands, Scotland (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Closer to Norway than to Edinburgh, Shetland is Scotland with a Viking accent. Lerwick's stone lanes lead to a working harbor, and the islands beyond hold Bronze Age ruins, world-famous knitwear, and ponies who know exactly how cute they are.
Tour Jarlshof, 4,000 years of settlement in one site, then watch puffins at Sumburgh Head lighthouse
Meet Shetland ponies up close and stop at Scalloway Castle on the island's western shore

Monday, July 24, 2028 — Invergordon, Scotland (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Your door into the Highlands. Invergordon sits on the Cromarty Firth within reach of Loch Ness, the battlefield at Culloden, castles straight out of a storybook, and some of the most respected whisky distilleries in the world.
Cruise Loch Ness and climb the ruins of Urquhart Castle (monster sightings not guaranteed)
Tour the Glenmorangie distillery in Tain or visit Dunrobin Castle, the fairytale seat of the Earls of Sutherland

Tuesday, July 25, 2028 — Edinburgh (South Queensferry), Scotland (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
You'll tender ashore beneath the three Forth bridges, which is a pretty spectacular way to arrive anywhere. From there it's a short ride into Edinburgh: the castle on its volcanic rock, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, and a skyline that looks like it was designed for drama.
Walk the Royal Mile from Edinburgh Castle down to the Palace of Holyroodhouse
Head north to St Andrews for the Old Course, the cathedral ruins, and the Fife coast

Wednesday, July 26, 2028 — At Sea
One last sea day to soak up the ship before England.
Close out the trip at Skywalkers Nightclub, perched 15 decks up with panoramic views of the water, pack your binoculars for view of the Cliffs of Dover and Seven Sisters.
Book a full day in The Sanctuary, the adults-only top-deck retreat that's only worth the splurge when the ship is your whole world

Thursday, July 27, 2028 — Southampton (for London), England (disembark)
The cruise ends, but the trip doesn't have to. Southampton is roughly 90 minutes from London, with Stonehenge, Windsor Castle, and the New Forest along the way.
Stop at Stonehenge and Windsor Castle on a transfer into London
Extend your stay with a few nights in London before flying home
